2014-10-28 This business has two locations; one inside of Southwest Center/Red Bird Mall and another on Camp Wisdom. I've been purchasing oils here since 2010. I've never had a problem until recently.
I purchased a large bottle of oil months ago, that I still have today, because this business has failed to remedy the problem: the oil won't burn! When I first bought it, one of the twin owners mixed it right in front of me, stating "i'm going to add a little more of 'this' (the pink sugar concentrate). My brother wouldn't like it if he knew". Since then, my oil has not burned.
Each time they rectify it, I have not used more than one ounce of this oil because it won't burn out, although I've went through almost 30 tea light candles trying to burn one ounce of oil! I've been back 3 times to fix the problem, the last time being 10/25/2014. The first time, one of the twins added about an ounce of the clear base. The second time, more pink sugar was added. The third time, more pink sugar was added, and I was asked to call back Monday to report what happened.
When I did call back today, Tuesday 10/28/2014, one of the twin owners told me that "the oil is not the problem, YOU are because" they went above and beyond to "satisfy" me but it couldn't be done. The twins kept talking about the scent is light. The scent is not the problem, the oil won't burn out! It won't evaporate.
The twin I spoke with today said "you're the only customer to ever complain". That may be true; all I know is their product is not working this time, and instead of just remixing me a fresh batch to replace this one, my loyalty as a customer was repaid with disrespect and dishonor. I don't know what the owners think I hope to gain by these complaints; I'm not asking for money back...all I wanted was for them to fix it by remixing the oil, which may be worth $20-$25.
I'm the only one losing...I spent my money on the product, and have wasted money on gas going back and forth to the business with the same problem. I live more than 30 miles away from this place. I would recommend that you not spend your money with them; they don't deserve it. Find somewhere else that knows how to do their jobs and treat their customers.
What they fail to realize is that if they would've fixed the problem, they would've gotten MORE money from me by now because I would've bought more once I ran out. Unfortunately, the way it was mixed, I'LL NEVER RUN OUT because this oil won't burn out!
