Christian Koury is a scam and rip-off artist who has scammed a number of people in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Because I posted an expose of his activities on Tamarindo Crime Watch, he threatened the owner of that website, who also happens to own ABC Realty here in Tamarindo, to slander his name and the reputation of ABC Realty on many websites and in social media. Whatever you read from mrniceguy is NOT TRUE, Jogi Jurgen Gerner is a pillar of Tamarindo society, and both he personally and ABC REALTY are held in high regard in this Town and in the entire country of Costa Rica. I have used my real name, unlike Christian Koury who hides behind aliases to conceal his identity when he posts these slanderous reports.
