DO NOT USE Four Seasons Appliance Repair! They ripped us off! They charged us $90 to spend 40 minutes here looking at our washer. Terry spent 90% of the time complaining about plastic parts of the washer and 10% of the time breaking our was...her. He was an hour late to start off with, then he broke off a plastic piece on the bottom which left it to leak. His final suggestion was to unplug and plug it back in to reset it. Then he left! I have called to request resolution, however they are unwilling to work on an acceptable compromise. BAD BUSINESS!
