Customer service is rude! I called in because I had a charge on my credit card for $64.87. I had already been charged what I thought was the last payment for my obligation to purchasing this program, not to mention, the program I purchased is still sitting in it's box as we have been too busy to deal with it. I called customer service on Jul 17, I asked what the fee was for and he stated for the Online support program. I said I didn't want it, had not authorized it and wanted a credit. He said he would cancel it, as well as the program, but was totally indignent that I was asking to cancel. July 25 I was charged another $24.95 and as of July 28, I still hadn't received the credit. I called again and the woman was AWFUL! She was rude and told me I agreed to a 14 day online trial and since I hadn't contacted them, I was obligated to the charges and they would NOT be issuing me a credit! She also stated the the charge of $24.95 was for 1/2 of the billing for the supplement that was sent out , which the first 1/2 was charged on June 24. I didn't realize that's how they split up the payments. At this point, I won't even use the program! When a company is so rude, they obviously don't know who pays their paychecks! It's not the person who signs the check, it's the people who pay their hard earned money to purchase their product! Don't give them your credit card or you're going to be fighting the charges! I'm filing a dispute with the credit card company.
