He and his wife Grace are the most soft spoken giving gracious people in the world. Pat befriended Guy and Karen Pierce and eventually sold his business Floyd Cove Nursery to the Pierces for a mere pittance as the business generates 500k a year with minimal overhead. Guy and Karen pierce should be appreciative of the gift given to them, instead they terrorized the Stamiles to the point they had to firesale their home situated on the nursery property and run to California to hide from the nutjob Pierces.
They have had Mr. Stamile in court for the past 4 years trying to get more money out of him and ruin his great name. Now that they can only waste Mr. Stamile's money in court, they terrorize the poor family that bought the house on the nursery property. This poor man, whose name I forgot, has 3 little daughters he is trying to raise in the country. The Pierces yell at him and call him names and try to get him arrested for no reason. They have put his family under undue stress but there is nothing the family can do because the Pierces do not have kids and from all the money they are making selling a 5 dollar daylily for upwards of 100 dollars, they can get many attorneys to keep them out of court and jail.
