We are an investement company that purchased a vacant property through an auction. After we purchased the property we found out that there was a Squatter living in the unit. We then needed to proceed with the legal steps to evict the squatter in order to move on with our investment. That is when we contacted Sebastian Berdychowski.
After contacting Mr. Berdychowski, he began the process of the eviction. After claiming to have submitted the paperwork, we received a bill for his work. The bill was higher then was told to us in the begining, but we were reassured that the eviction would be placed on the judges desk, and in a few weeks we would have a call from the sheriff to remove the squatter from our unit. Eager to get on with our investment, we paid the bill and began waiting.
We kept in contact with Mr. Berdychowski asking for updates on the eviction. Mr. Berdychowski stated that it was on the desk of the judge and that we were still waiting. After about 6 weeks of waiting we went ahead and contacted the court about our eviction. We found out that they had sent a letter to Mr. Berdychowski stating that the eviction would not be going through. This in turn has created a serious problem as we will need to start the eviction process over again, and pay for the eviction process again. We also found out that Mr. Berdychowski had written a bad check to the clerk of courts.
When we confronted Mr. Berdychowski, he had denied our claims of not doing his job and refused to refund our money for not completing the eviction process. He has since stop returing our calls. Sebastian Berdychowski and floridaeviction123.com are frauds. DO NOT do businees with this crook as you will only be ripped off. We are out over a thousand dollars and 6 weeks of our time and have nothing to show for it. If you want the an eviction done properly, Sebastian Berdychowski is NOT the place to go. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS.
