I been hired by Perfect Painting and Remodeling in or about 06-07-2013 as a GC.
Previos work done and experience verifieble been hired from a few e-mails.
Everything ok up to checks.Agreements on written was we get pay max 30 days after final day, we furnish invoice and inspection was pass.
I did have problems colecting checks up to 62 days after finish,inspection pass and invoices send. I do have verifieble emails crying for my money.
About my complain is 800 Buckboard ,New Lenox, Il. property own by Bay View Management,Fl
The P.O. ( purchese order ) are 2066 and 2072 in other words contract to the Perfect Painting and Remodeling agreement sent to me.
I know he got paid by Bay View Management,Fl.and I know I have done a profesional job for the money he offer.
I know this Pxx obese Sxx was associated with a guy Scott Anderson who keep him afloat and by Jeef statements he pass away.
All the regards to Scott family if is thru (you may want to talk to me) but Jeff aquire a lot of real estates during my work for him and I don't see reason not paiyng me.
If he's man as he claim, he should pay his deats in special he got the money what I worked for.BTW on my eyes he is a Pxx-Sxx obese Mx go head do bussniss with him get the bite
