Non receipt of order, took money out of account straight away. Now have heard that likely a scam, emailed returned as not correct and blocked so annoyed! owed nearly 9 pounds not the cost just annoying they are scamming people
Placed order on 4/24/15. Site shows "product in stock. ships in 24 hours." Received shipment notice 3 days later with usps tracking. Tracking shows only "shipping label created" for the next 3 days. Contact company by email. No response. Contact company again. No response. No phone # on web site anywhere to contact company, only email address. Huge red flag goes up. Finally receive an email 3 days later saying unusual volume of orders caused delay in shipping. Estimated delivery time of order 4-5 days. AND sorry for your trouble, here is a 20% discount code on your next order. What does that mean? Has the order shipped and is in transit? I send another email. NO response. I check my bank statement and notice that that even though my order confirmation shows $23.83 they have charged me $24.02. YES, small amount over. I would bet that they overcharge small amounts in the hopes that most will not catch it. Those small amounts add up for them. Sadly, had my order been shipped/delivered in a timely manner, I would likely have never noticed the overcharge. Emailed again. NO response. The order has not been shipped and I expect to never receive it. I have filed a report with the BBB, who has an alert on this company.
I ordered some 'jewellery' from this company - advertised on Facebook and facilitated by Shopify on October 10th 2014. It is now December 29th. I have received precisely nothing but my money was taken on October 14th. This company is clearly a scam.
Three times they have told me they are shipping my order - three time they have failed. I have demanded a refund via PayPal - it is taking an age to get it processed. I am still waiting.

Dozens of ordinary people have engaged with this consumer-led page over the past few weeks.
Although those at the wheel may be Canadian citizens, they are of Indian extraction and have clearly involved immediate/extended family and friends in this fraud.
The goods on the website come from what we suspect are Chinese sweatshops - most are low quality, a few seem to meet consumer expectations (but that is probably more a result of low expectations in the first place or pure one-off chance).
I personally would query whether child labour is involved.
For information, I am a former colleague of the current US assistant secretary of state for Asia Nisha Desai Biswal. I will have no hesitation in contacting her about this if this is not sorted.
Most of us who have ordered from this company and plugged into the Facebook page mentioned above have yet to receive anything and have spent the past fortnight trying to cancel/get refunds for their orders.
This company and its affiliates - Florence Scovel Jewellery and AN& Associates - need to be dealt with in the strictest fashion.
This appears to be a brother combo comprising Amar and Nirav Gandhi based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. One of the email addressed they use is name.epacificmall.com
Disgruntled customers have been blocked from posting to their FB page https://www.facebook.com/FlorenceScovelJewelry?fref=ts and from mailing that email address.
They have also been using a 'fulfillment' company in Manchester, UK - the latter are not happy with their methodology either according to communication we have received from them.
The customers who have been scammed include people from the US, UK and Ireland. Minimum.
While we have made contact with both Amar and Nirav Gandhi, their track record to date in dealing with our individuals issues has been inept.
I am disgusted with the service of this company,i am still waiting for delivery of an item and i keep being asked to confirm my address,and there is no number to contact them,whay can i do,so upset they have taken my money,no jewellery

On 12/1 I placed an order with Florence Scovel Jewelry, they with drew the money immediatly.
I received an email from them saying my item has shipped and I can track said item in 3 days, so I waited my 3 days. After noticing it still said shipping label created, I contacted them via facebook page, as there is no other way to contact them.
My comment was unanswered and removed! I then commented again the next day, at this point it is 12/6 (site claims items ship in 24 hours) I received a response to my second post asking for me to message them my imformation, so I did so!
After not receiving a message I commented again (all comments are deleted and ignored!) After a few more comments, I was informed on 12/8 that the item had been out of stock and they would have it shipped in two day (again comment removed). So I waited and contacted the company again.
On 12/16 I was blocked from being able to comment them at all!!! At this point they have confirmed my suspision that they were indeed a scam!
On 12/18 I received a message I am unable to respond to saying that the item I ordered was out of stock they will have said item in, in two days. (Second time I have heard this story)..
I have during all this time created 3 other facebook pages trying to contact them for a refund, each comment removed, each message ignored! Each account blocked..
Do not order from this site, they are a scam, it is all a lie.. I have been watching their page every bad review is removed immeditily and all good comments are bogus fake accounts. Check BBB they have a flag issued on them, they are so bad..
My lesson is learn and they stole my hard earned money, that I didn't really have to spare.
