On July 21, 2013 I purchased airline tickets for (4) adults. Payment was made through PayPal. We received our Confirmation our flight for travel in February 2014.
On February 15, 2014, at 6:30 a.m. CST, I went to pull up our boarding passes for our February 16, 2014, 6:00 a.m. flight. I could not pull them up. (we could only pull them up 24 hours prior to departure) I contacted our airlines and they told me we did not have tickets, they were REFUNDED on September 3, 2013, and suggested we contact Flights-Market. Nothing had been shown on PayPal that the ticket money was refunded. The tickets were refunded, nothing back in our account, no one notified me of the refund or that we did not have airline tickets.
On February 15, 2014, I again tried to contact Flights-Market. No response again.
On February 15, 2004, I contacted the airlines again and I was told to contact Orbitz. I contacted Orbitz, this is the travel company Flights-Market was dealing with. They had nothing and told me that the reservations were cancelled on September 3, 2014 by Flights-Market.
February 15, 2014 at 8:06 a.m., I started contacting Flights-Market again. I would have called but they do not give out a contact telephone number. (first clue not to go with them)
On February 15, 2014 at 8:46 a.m., Flights-Market contacted me and said ""We've noticed the travel agent and will get ack to you asap"".
On February 15,2014 I again contacted Flights-Marketat 9:23a.m. I did not receive a response untile 2:46 p.m. telling me that ""We've checked your booking and everything is OK. You can proceed with the check in on the airline websiet"".
On February 15, 2014, I immediately tried to pull up our airline tickets using the Confirmation number. I could not get through.
On February 15, 2014, I contacted Flights-Market again requesting new Confirmation numbers. They did not get back to me until 3:42 p.m. I was given new Confirmation numbers. They did not work so I could not pull up our boarding passes.
On February 15, 2014, at 3:43 p.m. I contactedFlights-Market again regarding Confirmation numbers. By this time, I had to know the Confirmation number before 4:00 p.m. in order to cancel our hotel reservation, contact the resort we were staying at, our travel insurance company, and several other people to let them know our trip was cancelled due to no airline tickets.
On February 15,2014 at 4:17 p.m. I contacted Flights-Market again requesting new confirmation numbers. I then received an answer back from Flights-Market with the new Confirmation numbers for the four of us.
On February 15, 2014 at 4:21 p.m., I was able to pull up three of the four Confirmation numbers. I again contacted Flights-Market for a new Confirmation number for one of the reservations. When I tried to pull up the new Confirmation the airlines showed his reservation was VOID and CANCELLED.
On February 15, 2014 at 4:59 p.m., I contacted the airlines with our new Confirmation numbers. Three out of the four Confirmation numbers were accepted.
On February 15, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. I received a response from Flight-Market for one Confirmation number.
On February 15, 2014 around 6:10 p.m., I was able to contact the airlines and obtain our boarding passes.
In the mean time, I then had to obtain our seats on the airlines. We did not have much of a choice and had to pay for window seats and isle seats which cost us additional money. We put the expense on our credit cards.
When we returned from our trip, I contacted Flights-Market. I was informed that a refund would be sent to the Board and on March 16, 2014 was told that we would get reimbursed the cost. I talked to Flights-Market and was informed that it would be 25 days before money would show in my PayPal Account.
On April 11, 2014 I was again checking PayPal and nothing in my PayPal account. I again notified Flights-Market. I was then told it would take 30 days for the reimbursement would be in my PayPal account.
On April 12,2014 I again notified Flights-Market. Was told money would be in next days.
I have been e-mailing Flights-Market since April 12, 2014 with no response. Their web site flights-market.com/orders/ticket52309 now shows:
I think we're lost Server Error:404 (Not Found)
What does this mean?

As of today, April 19, 2014, the reimbursement still is not in my PayPal Account and Flights-Market is not responding to any e-mails. It took me 11 1/2 hours on February 15, 2014 to obtain tickets for our flight and the several telephone conversations with many people, and had to work with inconsiderate travel managers of Flights-Market.
