I purchased a a 2-pack of Flexable Hose (25' each for a total of 50"). I have seen on television the guarantee for lifetime of this stretchy hose. All of the connecting ends of the hose are leaking. One even has a pinhole.
I contacted Flexable Hose on 7/13/14 as their website says that customer service is availble on the weekends. I was within the timeframe stated. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, despite the automated message telling me that my wait time was 1 minute. They never answered in that time. The website also says to email them with any problem. There is no place to email them. Website is deficient. Customer Service is deficient. Product is deficient. Good company, right?
I called them again today 7/14/14 and advised them of all three things as well as telling them that they are not a reputable company. The agent said he would "give me a $50 Walmart giftcard" and transferred me to his "gift department". The "gift department" was a company called Your Essentials who said they had nothing to do with Flexable Hose. She told me I had the wrong company.
In addition to filing this report, I am going to try to find a physical address for Flexable Hose and write to the president, Keith Mirchandi. Wonder what he will have to say about his company's reputation and scamming of customers....
