Fix my PC Store at 10140 Okeechobee Blvd. West Palm Beach is HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! My Issue is still not resolved. I brought my computer in to replace a power source. When I went to pick my computer up on 03/17/2014, the side panel was off. I asked the associate Mat what happened and he said he couldn't find it. Bottom line is that Mat said he was ordering the part, I just left there today and he said he ordered the part 3 times and he received the wrong side. I am getting the run around, no return phone calls and I have been back to the store location 4 times to get an update on the part. The worst thing is that every time i show up at the store they make me wait in the lobby each time for 20-25 min searching the back for a part he know's he does not have. Oh and by the way. I have my paid invoice with Will's hand writing on it stating that my part had been ordered and will be replaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FIX MY PC STORE FOR ANYTHING!
I have tried to get a hold of the owner Andrew Harris, I have been told by Mat that he is never in the office and that he never know's when the owner is going to be in, so either the owner is avoiding phone calls or Mat does not want me to speak with him.
ALSO,I read reviews on this company prior to going to this store. Funny how none of the good review's have photo's of the people giving the review. Makes me wonder if the good reviews even real?
