I emailed Five Stars to the representative who came out to my store, the visit was on December 9, 2014 I tried calling on January 12, 2015 and left many messages to cancel this trial out just a few weeks after agreeing to try out the service. I even tried communicating through the Five Star website, but there was nothing to cancel out the program. I have had such a hard time to accomplish in canceling and I now noticed after communicating over via phone they ignored the request and charged me even after cancelation. I canceled out this during my trial on January 14 and I noticed today that I got charged $219 twice today equaling $ 438. Furthermore, after searching through my bank account I noticed I was charged $219 on the 20th. of January of $219 after speaking with Five Stars on January 14, 2015. I tried the trial out and was told that I could cancel anytime that there wasn't any contract and the I could freely use the free trial out, I tried the program out and didn't think it would be a good fit for the company and I told your representative this as well. I want my money back; this is rather disappointing that I am having such hard time with this company.
