Then Fiverr disabled my account, claiming the impossible- that I had "spammed" their users. Since users are never known to the public, there is no way to discover or spam them.
I hired him through a website Fiverr.com and he promised me to do my website for USD180 . I transferred the money through Western Union . After taking my money , he stopped responding to my messages and phone calls . He is a cheat and he does the same to many people daily . He has to be arrested and i need to get my money back .
Fiverr is a scam. Do not use it. You will never see any product you buy worth having. It is horrid. Try and find a number to call them. Good Luck. I lost $150.
I signed up as a seller with Fiverr on about June 11, 2014. The sight was very difficult to navigate around, so I did the best I could to publish my gig to receive assignments.
As of 6/30/2014, I had sucessfully completed five writing assignments. One of my customers had not sent me any feedback, so I sent her an e-mail asking if she would rate my services. She replied that she did not receive a message from Fiverr asking her to provide rating for service. I sent an e-mail to Fiverr Support because they do not have a phone number as a point of contact. I asked them i they could found out why she could not rate my services. After sendin that message, the customer infomred me that she found the request in the TO DO column and not in her Inbox. She promptly rated my services, and I rated my experience in working with her.
On June 1, 2014, I tried to log into my Fiverr account and kept getting an error message. In order to find out what happened, I e-mail the Fiverr support team. An e-mail reply from a man named Jay siad that I had violated their terms and conditions, so my sight was being terminated. And IF they find after 45-90 days that I have not received additional customer complaints, they will give me my money. I had a five star rating. There are no complaints to be found. I have to wait that long to get the money that I earned. That's rediculous!
