Company has lied about everything. A month and a half later and I still haven't received my item. I ordered a new home gym from fitness blowout on 3-10-2015. I bought every upgrade possible and was at the time very excited to get working out. I placed my order with the owner of the company Jim Rosen because the rest of the sales staff was busy. He notified me he would put a rush on the shipping so I would have it quickly. They also offer a one year price match guarantee. Three days later I found it cheaper and gave them a call. The girl I spoke to said she cant do anything and I have to deal with the sales rep. Knowing my sales rep was the owner I thought it would be easy. I was wrong. It took two weeks multiple emails and phone calls before he finally credited me back some money. It was literally like pulling teeth. Once the refund came in I then called to find out where my gym was since it was supposed to be rushed and even without rushing, max delivery was 21 days. They lied and told me the product shipped but was damaged so they had to send out another one. when I asked for proof that the product was damaged they said they couldn't provide it due to company policy. They had assured me that the new product was in transit and I would be getting it soon. I then called again on the 17th of April and asked where my gym was. They again said it was in transit and that I would be called shortly for a delivery appointment to my home. On April 24th I called and they told me I would be getting a call to have it delivered and it was sitting in California waiting. when I asked for the tracking number and I looked it up. I found that the Gym was still in Chicago. I then called the freight company directly and she told me it would take up to two more weeks. When I called to cancel my order they told me I had to pay a 20% restock fee and freight to and from. That would have been 500-700 dollars so I wasn't going to do that. I told them again I wanted a full refund especially due to the product still being in Chicago the same place it was being delivered from. Again they said no. Then I called back due to me loosing my cool on phone and I got yet a different date and story from the next person I talked to. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with period.
Stay away! Total ripoff. Bait and switch. Never received the treadmill I paid for and had a receipt for. Instead received a lessesr mode. Evasive and abusive on phone and very difficult to reach. Real flim flame people.
I bought a Precor 966i form fitnessblowout first they told me it would take about 3 weeks to get it, it took 2 months and the reason they said it took so long was that they had to make sur it was ready. Well when i got it, it worked a totall of 2 weeks and when i took it apart it was totally nastywires were hanging down smaller circuit boards was not attached and and it was really dirty inside and the display board was not working fully when i got it. Being a totally disabled veteran i rely on the treadmill to help with my PTSD. I ahve read complaints were they have don this to people who bought equipment for the special olympics and now they are ripping off veterans something should be done and they should be shut down.
