They requested i sign an LOI which they prepared and pay due diligence fees, which i did. After signing the LOI and paying the fees the story changed. It turned into a never ending game of excuses and lies. Glenn was never available to go over status of financing, and Simon Ramirez De Arellano made repeated false promises, which i later found out to be lies. As per Simon Ramirez De Arellano, i tried contacting Glenns son Justin Myles, Robert Quinn (he was originally responsible for my projects after we met at Glenns office), and John Schaeffer. Nothing was done by anyone in their office and all i got was more lies false promises. Simon Ramirez De Arellano also told me that Glenn Myles has done this to a long list of people, and has been for years. They will promise you anything you want until you pay due diligence fees, once you pay them their fees they will ignore your calls, emails, and will do nothing for you hoping you will go away.
