Honda provided a letter that would said it would not charge for excess wear and tear on the trade in and then change their story that it would be on the new lease (of no value) letter was deceptive or full of useless promises. Dealership said they would take the letter and it would be applied. They either knew the letter was useless or were no honest in their use of the letter to make the deal.
Honda then sent a bill for around $ 900 for excess wear and tear. Dealership also, said they would not charge for excess milage in the trade and a bill for over $1000 for excess milage. Be wary of Honda and First Texas Honda, (who should know their business and work with the customer).
I will direct all my friends away for Honda and First Texas Honda from this day forward.
