Beware of dealing with First Time Real Estate. Their agents are completely unethical, rude and lie to those dealing with them. You'll see this in a number of reviews on this page. Typically you see a few bad reviews here and there but when you look up First Team Real Estate you'll see quite a few. I would highly recommend listing with a different firm as well as not putting any offers on homes that they are the listing agents. They attempted to pass off $20k+ in repairs and dangerous conditions as minor items. Beware of ever dealing with First Team Real Estate. Run far far away from this horrible company.
