Fraud. Absolute fraud. I popped in for a quick visit because I had a sore throat. I saw a nurse for 5 minutes and the doctor for 5 minutes. They were nice and helpful and quickly sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics. But I was charged over $500! Clearly, there must be a mistake but the billing lady called and informed me that the code she used to bill the insurance company was the least expensive possible. This simply cannot be true for such a basic doctor's visit. Ten minutes of service is not worth $500! That's equivalent to $3000/hr. Even a top specialist running multiple tests and giving an extensive examination doesn't bill at that rate. My bill claims that I received a "detailed examination" but that is a lie. Do not trust these people. I've gone to quick care clinics many times over the years when I had a cold or sore throat, etc. just as I did in April but the bill is typically $85-$100. I was rushed out of the office and got what I needed for my throat to heal but the level of fraud is insane. This company is immoral and unethical. Don't let them take advantage of you. I feel so ripped off that I will continue to write bad reviews in as many venues as I can find. It is outrageous that they would charge me 5 times what they should have for the most basic exam in existence.
