we started working for this company and every time we tried to submit invoices it did not allow us to submit, we called and sent emails and all we was getting was the run around. we had to submit a civil action against this company, first allegiance tell us they will settle for less what they owe us, we agreed, they stated check have to be signed but the person that signs the check is on vacation, they will over night the check to the signer and have it overnight to us, still no check. another company to question your self about, we no longer doing work for them , but they still call and ask us to complete work.... stay far and clear from this company. if you want to loose money and work for free? this is the right place to go.
I owned a landscape maintenance company until 31 july 2014, when i unfortunately broke my back; hence, necessitating my suspending operations indefinately. While in business, this company sent me small job assignments for less-than-minimum pay. All throughout my relationship with first allegiance, i kept receiving emails asking me for my company's legal documentation, which, when i actually spoke with a company representative over the phone, was told that the emails were computer generated, and that it was not necessary for me to comply with the [spam] requests. Once i ceased operations, i notified first allegiance, and further informed them to "cease and desist" inundating me with any further email spam.
Please think twice should this company contact you, promising you jobs Paid at far less than going rates). Even when you order them to stop bothering you, they will continue to hound you with spam as if you never made them aware that you no longer wanted them to contact you.
