I sent a message last week regarding having to take my car in twice for grinding noises (bearings/brakes), Took it to my closest Firestone about the grinding and the steering they say they fixed both. Still hear the grinding and the steering is a little better but still dangerous to drive in this condition ($400+). Took it back a following week and paid more to have the tires rotated and balanced. I mentioned is the noise/grinding gone. They couldn't hear anything but they said the rotation would take care of it. Took it to another location and he could hear it but I mentioned to him it only happens 25-35 MPH. He gassed it up (stick shift) from 25-35. the only thing you could hear was the engine! Its getting worse. I still haven't heard from customer service”.
This was going into fall winter 2013 so I could not look at it personally but I did have an opportunity of looking at this last weakened April 19th 2014 to find it was a front bearing!

I figured they couldn’t handle the last simple task but thought they would be able to handle tires? I purchased a nice set of rims and tires for my 98 jeep wrangler off Craigslist. I put them on myself, but when I did, notice there was a great wobble in the rear driver’s side tire! I took the tire off, put it back on thinking what is going on? Bad tire, Bad rim? I thought when putting it on… it didn’t seem like it was going on right, But why? I don’t know I’m no mechanic.
