Subpeona records showed Deborah Fink and family office staff were in cahoots with insurance adjuster and defense attorney. Proof was submitted to workers compensation judge and her files were stricken from the record. Deborah Fink stated in sworn deposition (page 9) that she needed the insurance company to solidfy what it was they wanted her to write. I would warn any injured worker to stay far from this office as they are willing to have private conversations with the insurance company and defense attorney and write reports in their favor in exchange for pay. Deborah Fink foolishly admitted in her supplemental report that she called the insurance adjuster and had private conversations and further trapped herself by recommending a program (Star Clinic) that has been out of business for the last four years. Star clinic has been closed for over four years and is now nothing more than St.Joseph Physical thereapy. St. Joseph physical therapy was shown the report and couldn't believe a QME woud recommend a program that had been closed for over four years and I was also told that they never provided the services that her report suggest. Reports, private faxes and sworn deposition has been sent to the fraud unit for further investigation. The insurance company paid the chiropractor a lot of money to write reports that have now been thrown out and useless.
