I, too, received two letters from Financial Reporting Services indicating tha I "have been awarded a Check or Cash equivalent to $15,751" and one re "delivery/release amount imprinted for inspection $2,820,000." After searching this company on the internet,. Thanks for this resource available to anyone willing to do a little research re anything like this --- too good to be true. Thank you.
My wife received these 2 letters stating that she won $15,751.00 the second one that came in the same envelope was for $2,820,000.00!! i'm a disabled veteran and living on ss & retirement from the army so money is very tight. After investigation through google and the consumer protection league i've concluded this is a total scam due to it violating the first rule of commonsense never give any money to win money.
Mr. Benjamin james, accounts payable office, frs signed the "congratulations" letter. Fore warned is to fore armed.
I just received 2 letters saying I was awarded 15,751.00 dollars and another for 2,820,000.00 today. It said if i send 20.00 dollars in the next 10 days I would be rewarded the monies from a sweepstakes. Either by cash, check or money order would be accepted. Can anyone tell me is this another scam in the making? The letter was signed by Benjamin James, accounts payable office. I would appreciate any response via e-mail. Thanks Debra Duvall
Debra , Anytime someone or some company asks for ANY MONEY to receive your winnings it is a SCAM. do not answer, throw it away. ANY legitimate sweepstakes will not ask for any money to receive your winnings. Woody.
