I was contacted by Vanessa at FTU about an AM/PM project they had in my area. She explained all involved and the pay and then sent me the necessary paperwork.
The project was done the 2nd week of April. I was contracted to do 38 locations, first they wanted us to print out spreadsheets for every locations with the questions that needed to be answered. I did that, then a few days later they had a website up so we could report over the internet. I then did that. I spent the whole weekend inputting all the information and numerous photos to get this job done.
Then the following week I get an email that says they need all photos uploaded to this site called "box". I then spent 2 days doing this. Then I get another email that says all the information which I just spent numerous hours doing needs to be put into a spreadsheet. I went ballastic and called and spoke to Eugenia and Brady numerous times explaining that all this repeated work was ridiculous over a $15.00 job per location. They said ok fine they would input into the spreadsheet.
After 2 weeks I inquired when I was going to be paid, which was contracted for $657.00. They then told me that my photos were not correct and each individual photo needed to be labeled as to what it was. I told them this again was more runaround, they said they would do the labeling and they did.
They another week goes by and I am asking when I am going to be paid. They then send me a sheet that says the following stores information was not input correctly. I then double check against my paperwork and all information is correct. I email them and tell them this. No reponse.
We are now into June and I am still not paid. I continue to call and email and keep getting the runaround. Eugenia tell me "I think a check went out to you, I will check and get back to you". No response back from her. I continue to email and no response.
I finally get her on the phone in early July after calling and calling and she then tells me "let me check and then informs me they have the wrong address". A bunch of bull. She takes my correct information and tells me she will get a check expressed to me. This was July 11. No check and again no followup.
I keep emailing everyday and finally get another email from her on August 5th after Bob S. tells her to contact me. She states that a check is going out tomorrow. On 8/6 I email her asking for confirmation of my check and she says yes it went out. Guess what 8/19 and no check in hand and no follow up from anyone from the Company.
Also I know of 2 other reps in the CA area that did 1200 locations and they have not been paid.
This company is a total scam and don't work for them.
This company sighned a contract for me to service Arco AMPM and fill out a long report pictures etc. I had to travel 200 miles they begged me to do it and then stiffed me for my money it cost me $90.00 out of pocket they will not answer calls nor emails do not do buisness with them Chris G Bullhead City AZ
