I purchased this Warranty through the purchase of my Truck "2" years ago. I have never used the Warranty up until 3 weeks ago. The purchase of the Warranty was $3000. and it was added in to the loan of my truck. Never did I know this was a *bad* Warranty. I called the day before I was having the work done on my Truck and Fidelty Warranty Customer Service said all I had to do was pay the deductable of $250. and they would pay the rest.....well guess what all Fidelty Warranty would pay was $49. I was very dis-appointed!!! The bill was close to $400. Fidelity Warranty should have paid more and not just this $49. that they came up with on there own............I called Customer Services and wrote them a letter on this issue and it has been about 2 weeks now and NO response back. I even put my contact number and email and still nothing. Very un-professional. If I would have known about the bad reviews of this Fidelty Warranty Co., I would have NEVER accepted them as my Warranty Company for my new vehicle purchase. The Warranty cost alot of money and NOT to be honored like it is suppose to be is totally un-acceptable ! I do NOT recommend this place at all. Signed, Disappointed :(
On 9/14/13 we bought a car from Underriner Motors in Billings Mt.
At the same time we bought the extended warranty coverage to protect us from unforseen problems. In Jan. of 2015 I noticed tranny oil spots in carport I took it in to Underriner Motors to have it check out asuming we would be covered .
Several days later the service adviser told us who may have graduated high school last year in his expert opinion it was old damage . I told him if it was then it should have been found in the carfax we had gotten when we bought the car and it wasen't .
Then he said that Fidelity would send an adjuster out to check. They denied the claim I think they are just scamming me and diden't think I would take it any farther ( they were wrong )
As of this report I have contacted our state insurance fraud investigator.
