The Federal Resume Experts is a big ripoff. I signed up to buy a SES package with the company that promised 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their satisfaction guarantee is a fake. When I asked them to re-write the resume and ECQ they provided to me, I was told their satisfaction does not cover the correction, even though they stated that if you are not satisfied with their wrting , they will correct it. This company is a ripoff. Do not sign up for their writing service. All they did was copy and past my old resume to make the new one.
