I had purchased from them for several months when all of a sudden they suspended my account which I wasn't even aware of until I went to bid. When I called to ask them what was going on with my account they said that that I had some weird activity on my account. I have no idea what they are talking about??? I kept emailing them asking what had they found and with no avail. I had been bidding and purchasing for a long time and never had anyone/anything ever try to hack my account from what I could see. Then all of a sudden they make up some kind of an excuse and say that I couldn't use my account or even have a different account since they thought mine was jeapordized in some way. I just wonder why they would treat good customers with such little respect, and make up some kind of a story about my account then never help me to see what was going on or even make a different account to protect me. They just closed my account and that was it. In my last email to them I asked them "Is this the way you treat loyal customers?" and I didn't even get a reply back.....Guess they feel that they have all the customers they need.
Also to mention that while I was bidding and buying that they try to hide the real condition and act in very shady ways. Also the people who are at the warehouse just seem to be less than helpful and I get the impression that this company is definitely only in it to bring in the money without much feeling for their customers.
