This guy sent me an email threatening to contact the company I work for and have me fired, black ball me to be unemployable, fines, jail time for fraud. This was supposed to be for a payday loan that I did not pay back. He even sent an attachment that had a date the loan was taken out along with the loan amount, interest, & all the charges they have added to it the payback amount was $924 for a $300 loan. This is an absolute lie the date the paper says the loan was taken out was 6/24/2013, which was a Monday and I was at work on this day with a paycheck due on Friday. Why would I apply for a payday loan for $300 when my paycheck for a week would have been over $2000, due to overtime pay. I work in Gas & Oil and make very good money. There is no way I would take a payday loan for $300 and pay them back $375. It does not add up. This is a complete scam. How stupid do they think people are? Really!
I need to let everyone that if you are thinking about applying for any type of payday loan online be aware of scammers. They are just out to get your personal information and then sell that information to other people, so they can apply for loans in your name and then you are responsible for paying the money back even though you never got the money that the company is saying that was deposited into your bank account. I did this once and now I am getting severa; emails saying that I owe money to them and that they have proof that it was me that applied for the loan and that the money was deposited into my bank account. I have done a lot of research about these online payday loans and they are all scammers. IF YOU ARE WANTING TO APPY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE DO NOT DO IT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET THE MONEY!!!!
I just wrote my report in that little box. I received an email in my junkmail which I should have deleted immediately, but I didnt and It was this place called FCS or Fast Cash Services saying they were going to sue me because I owed one of their payday loans 500.00 plus other charges(of course). I finally asked them exactly which one and they said CashNutUSA HAHAHAHA I cracked up and told them I am making my last payment to CashNetUSA on the 18th of Sept and that we are in close communication. That was our last communication. I can just give their paper to my lawyer and they are just full of bull. So if you get something like this just delete it, it is trash. They told me they got me fired from my job, I didn't even have a job and they blacklisted my from getting another job, I just got hired last week for a new job! They said they froze my social security number and wrecked my credit and could stop my payments of any kind, even government ones, we all know that is bull. So this is the first FCS letter, but I bet it won't be the last.
