I ordered $130 worth of plants that were advertised as being 8-15 inch tall however only 1 out of 84 was 15' all others were less.
ground cover i ordered 96 only 3 were alive when i receiced them.
it took over a moth to receive when i was told it would take 2 weeks to be sent out.
when I called the day i recived the plants to compain about it the person on the phone was very rude and refused to refund my money and siad they can only send replaceements for them 1 time.
well 3 months later I still do not have my plants or my money from them.
I will be contacting my cedit card comany to report it as frud and get my money back from them.
I ordered 4 ea of Dahlias from Farmer seed and received only 1 which was rotten. I called the company and was told all 8 had shipped with the order. I was instructed to write a note and send the original shipping label to the warehouse in Bloomington, IL Two weeks after sending the label I called and was told 3 had shipped. After not receiving anything after two weeks I called again and was told 3 were shipped and I should have received them. They weould not be shipping the other 4 or a replacement for the rotten plant as they showed they had already shipped. As far as they were concerned the order is closed. Very rude and uncooperative.

I ordered in the winter for Spring delivery. What arrived for $60 + was a bag of tree sticks.
I called they gave me instructions to return them and took them to the UPS Expecting to get my money back after they
received them on 4/28.. I have made numerous calls and finally today, after suffering the verbal abuse of the customer
service representative that literally said "" We have been in business 123 years your complaint won't hurt us"" that is when I
said so what you mean is you have stolen my money! Only then after suffering insults from customer service that ""reading
isn't your thing! You have to send a letter!"" Thiis was told to me about 6:10 May 14, 2014. Finally I got the address to send
my letter to try to recover my Money!!
I can only imagine of what they say to old people trying to get there money back! disgraceful.
