I purchased a men's New England Patriots sweatshirt on December 1, 2014. The order shipped as anticipated but never arrived. FedEx shows they handed the package off to USPS and the next enter is the USPS returning the package back to FansEdge.
I "chatted" with Customer Service and was told that the sweatshirt was no longer available but I could select a new sweatshirt. I looked at what was available and none were anywhere close to what I had ordered. Not sure why the package being returned could not just be resent to me.
After chatting with Eric, a manager, the only option was to get a refund back to the orginal form of payment. Later, I realized that the orginal payment was no longer active and "chatted" again. Ciara W. advised that I would only be given a store credit. (which is not acceptable) Only requesting to speak with a manager did she say that as long as I banked with the same Banking Institution then the credit would still go thru.
As I was waiting, I also noticed that Eric did not refund the tax. I asked Ciara W and she was able to process the additional refund.
The business pratices for FansEdge is horrible. I too have had experience with what is on line is not what ships.
I will never do business with them again and strongly discourage others.
