Seems like the confusion between my mom and the Cheryl (grandma) isn't resolved after explaining that to the last lawyer and social worker. This is what happens when new people are brought into it and do not know what is going on. Once again I will explain the situation. My son calls his babysitter grandma, and that is the person that had my son the night they got him, which she wasn't even aware of what was happening because the mother didn't tell her. She was simply watching my son to her knowledge. The mother got some legal advice from her lawyer here in Texas stating that California did not have the right to take my son out of state after being here for 8 months. PEOPLES OPINIONS ARE NOT FACTS. Now my mother which my son calls ABBA is being accused of hiding my son, which in term is being confused with Cheryl (grandma). I thought this was rectified and fixed but apparently you guys are not getting all the information. My moms ICPC was approved. Wrongful allegations towards my mom are being put on reports. This needs to be fixed, or does my mother need to get a lawyer of her own since she is being wrongfully accused? My son is being held in California because of confusion?? Is that where this case has gone? Too many new people, that has NO CLUE on what's going on. A social worker that has too much on his plate to keep track of people's cases. A lawyer that doesn't communicate with his client to get the FACTS straight. And a whole court system that is listening to the nonsense of 1 lawyer (my sons), who should be looking out for the well being of my son and getting him to family since I cannot get my son back. But instead is denying everyone of my ICPC requests. My mother is in Florida. I am in Texas. It cannot get any simpler than that. Saying my mother cannot be trusted is outrageous. You do not even know this woman. My son should not have to suffer because of opinions. This email needs to be read by THE JUDGE. This email will be read by everyone I can think of to send it to.
