I recieved a flyer in my mail for the firveiw dental clinic, advertising they are accepting new patients, they offered free x-rays, exam and consultation, and not a moment to soon I was in dire need of needing some teeth pulled and had enfection in two of them, I called and made an appointment, unfortunatly I had to wait two weeks to get in, so went to the doctor to get on antibiotics for the infection, by the time i get to the dentist the infection had cleared up and was hoping the doctor would have x-rayed and also removed the bad teeth for me so I wouldent be suffering with the pain (life threatining) but he didnt care, he just looked in my mouth,said I think you have a few good teeth left, (really you can tell that without x-rays) I dont have any good teeth left at all (just wanted to milk me for some money! he then told me dentures would cost from $8000.00 and up! and then wanted to reschedule me for x rays and charge me $75.00 for them as well as have to pay for the next appoinment!
what a joke! I told them me and the wife would talk it over andcall them back, so when I got home I recieved a survey from them in my email, so I replied that I was not happy, you did not honor your coupon and your pricees for dentures are way overpriced! 2 years prior I had a qoute for $3500.00 to remove all my teeth and be fitted with dentures! well I must have pushed the dr's button becuase he emailed me back with this reply.

I received your response. Thank you for the input. You should educate yourself a little more before making outlandish internet responses. First, the advertisement you responded to clearly states “some restrictions may apply”. One of those restrictions is due to people just like you! You have neglected your mouth to the point of severe infection. You are a dental cripple. Why would I waste multiple appointments and several hours of my time to gather all the needed diagnostic information, construct the treatment options, and then have a second appointment for you to go over those options? Those free exams are for traditional dental needs, ie: a couple fillings and crowns, not someone like you that has a disaster of a mouth. Second, I am a prosthodontist, a restorative specialist, not the welfare clinic. If you want Jiffy Lube dental treatment then stick with the Welfare/CHAS
clinic, you will get what you pay for and that is not the highest standard of care. Third, the fee ranges that were given to you are rough ranges that other patients have spent to reconstruct their mouths. I advised you I would need a lot more information to confirm that those ranges would be correct. The purpose of telling you that was to prevent you from wasting your time as well as my time and money. Last, if you want to cry and complain have the guts to say it face to face when you are here not anonymously on a website. What a COWARD!

Wow! he called me a coward for being discrete and emailing in my complaint! instead of making a scene in his waiting room! he called my mouth a disaster! he acused me of neglecting my teeth! (I have had exstensive work done in the past) and paid for both my boys to have braces etc (he knows nothing about my past history)
I did not read the restrictions on the flyer as it is in small print etc.. and cant verify as they took my flyer
thats fine, but they still should have done x-rays! and I would have been happy to pay if they just would have done something! I waited two weeks for nothing and he said I waisted his time! really, (was he in pain like me for two weeks!) now I have to wait another two weeks to get into another dentist! and the pain is worse!

then he goes and bashes the chaz center, health department for being a welfare dentist and compares them to jiffy lube!
advised me he needed alot more information to do a better qoute! ghee is that not why I am here?
this guy Dr h, had no right to talk to me in this matter he has no right to bad mouth another bussiness that actually cares about there patients and should seek help for his attitide and customer edicits!
