Fairfield Inn & Suites Riverside Corona/Norco Reviews

This is the note to the CEO of Marriott's
I have made several attempts to resolve this matter, I never expected it to go this far and in this manner. I can see we are not really going to get anywhere or move forward on this disturbing matter with you. Your hotel is the only place I stayed when we arrived in California and I was bitten.
I did report it immediately (in-person) when it happened around 2:00 a.m. with the dead bedbug in a tissue (and Gen. Mgr.. stated, I wish you could have brought it alive) I did showed her the several bites on my hand (even though my rear was bitten too), and I explained at that time I'm allergic to insects (I have an Epi-pen).
I 've provided this information onto your corporate office per conversation 05/08/2015 with Customer Service Rep. Sal who gave me an incident report and provided me with the above reference number 9WBNUE. (he was great by the way!)
I hope to have someone to help us as soon as possible, since I did not anticipate the overall cost that factors into this process. I can assist with the estimate upon request.
I am reporting to you to escalate this matter for an immediate resolution I am very serious and in need estimates for my home and daughters who was with me and we both found these bugs in our home now upon returning from CA to NC. I tried to resolve it with the chain of commands and was brushed off. Their responses were not acceptable.
After all this I was denied by their insurance comapny Liberty Mutual because they said after they inspected and sprayed they didn't see or hear of anymore. Why spray and are they bedbug experts?
I am so hurt and upset with this outcome, but I was warned about these hotels that are getting away with this particular situation, that's why we have such an epidemic.
