These dresses were hidious - poorly made, ugly, etc. Republic of China Internet
I ordered 3 dresses for my daugher from Fab Party Dresses for her to choose to wear to her Sweet 16 party. The dresses arrived from the Republic of China with absolutely no tags attached and they were poorly made.
I contacted Lucy at Fab Party Dresses to inquire how to return the dresses and explain that the dresses arrived with no tags (they looked like used dresses). She responded by saying she wanted me to take a picture of my daughter in the dresses and explain which parts of the dress were ill fitting. I explained to her that my daughter did not like the dresses and since they arrived with no tags, we wanted to return them.
Lucy (definitely a fake name the company uses) refused to provide a return address. However, after the 5th email, she responded that I would need to send them back to China (still no address provided), but I would be offered a partial refund after inspecting the garments. Of course, I'm not going to pay to have these dresses shipped back to China only to be scammed again.
This is absolutely the worst scam - we've lost approximately $345.00 (the cost of all 3 dresses).
Fabpartydresses.com website needs to be shut down.
