The above has also happened to me. I have since, seen other ads with the same content, but a different name on the product. This so called great product does not work. I too am being charged over and over, but receiving product also. There is no answer when I call the number. I will be further looking into this fraud!!!!
I ordered a "free sample" skin care product from Derma Juvenate and was charged $4.99 and $3.79 on my credit card, on March 27, 2014. I was subsequently charged on the same card $87.91 and $89.31 on April 14, without my knowledge or permission. Furthermore, no products have been recieved. The "free sample" also does not work. I expect my money refunded by this company.
