As the first report about ezlocal stated; everything they promise ends up being a lie! The person who wrote the rebuttal to that report must work their. That is the only way anyone would write anything positive about this horrible company. All that talk about them being aligned with Google is false. Worse than though is the fact that they take all the money, from a small start up business and then don't do a single thing they promised. Nothing in our online presence changed after paying ezlocal money we couldn't afford and they did nothing for us. The original account manage we had left; and then we never heard from anyone there, until we started contacting them about not renewing our contract. They never could prove that they had done anything whatsoever on behalf of our business and the internet didn't show our SEO's up at all either. All they did when I contacted them was try to convince me that they'd give us a half price discount for the future if we stayed with them. We wouldn't have stayed with them, at that point, if they'd offered us their services for a penny. Again, they did nothing at all for us besides take money from us. We went to BBB with a complaint, but every time they contacted ezlocal, they came back with a ton of lies about how we'd agreed to re-sign with them for the discount and had never told them we were unhappy. Complete lies all the way around. This company still owes us over $600 in our opinion and they need to pay everyone they've ripped off and be put out of business!
I had gotten into this mess because the sales lady Patricia told me that my current website was not Smart Phone Optimized. I later found out after talking to the website company that I currently have that my current website is definately optimized for smart phones. I confirmed it again when I called EZ Local and asked another person (not Patricia the sales lady) that if they would check my current website if it was smart phone optimized and was told by a EZ Local themselves that my current website was in fact definately smart phone optimizxed. Patricia lied to me to get my sale and my money and should be fired for being a liar and she will now as a result and this report be found out as a liar to EZ Locals customers. The website they built was the most generic goofy looking low life website that I have ever seen.. I have built a much better looking website myself in the past but don't have the time for it anymore. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AND ESPECIALLY BUILDING YOU A WEBSITE!
