I would not recommend using this company at all. From what I've seen, it's one man working the entire operation. Goes by James, and only uses the singular email address [email protected]. I was happy with my purchase at first, being able to make changes and save it to my computer. But you can do the exact same thing with your states bankruptcy forms if you own a pro/paid version of Adobe Acrobat, or if you're good with torrents, it's free. After getting 3/4 of my bankruptcy forms filled out, I realized that some of my totals weren't adding up in my Schedule of Affairs.
By not adding up I mean a difference in about $100k dollars in medical bills. Also didn't have enough room to place all of my debts on the Unsecured Non Priority Claims. sent an email asking for additional room on the form, only got a reply saying I'd recieve it by friday end of the week. I'm now writing this 2 weeks after the fact and still have not received any updated forms. Many of the forms have previous years dates on them. This company is going to cause you A LOT of unwated trouble during your bankruptcy. They will tear you apart in court and you're going to be left holding the bill.
Software says it auto populates calculated boxes but it doesn't. Also, one minute after checking a box, the program unchecks it and checks an incorrect box all by itself. I emailed the owner within 24 hours of purchase explaining the problems and asking for a refund. Got no apology and only two email responses basically telling me off. The owner is incredibly unprofessional, rude and should not be in business.
I explained that the boxes I checked were automatically unchecking themselves and checking the incorrect boxes. And the owner asked me for a screenshot. When I didn't produce one for the specific issue he said I obviously must not have a problem. I said how can you ask for a screenshot when an action is occurring? A screenshot is a static object that's not going to show his software checking and rechecking a different box. Ridiculous.
As the owner responded to a previously filed rip off report from somebody else, his rebuttal names the person's full name, first and last in order to try and shame the person who wrote it.
