Some of the EZ ride drivers are always late and disrespectful to me as a rider. One inparticuler is the one that usually rides the WAVE 1 shuttle in Essex County. He is always 20-40 minutes late. Also when he hears complaints, he always has some disrespectful or sarcastic respond or always blames traffic and/or change in schedule, even when he was late before the schedule changes. Other drivers that have driven this route, were usually on time or just a few minutes late. But they still remained courteous. Even I stopped complaining about it. Yet still he has some sarcastic things to say to me like" I know your angry that I late again" grinning and smiling. Even after I told him that I am not going to complain to him about anymore, he still reacts very negatively towards me. I have complainted to the company several times, but clearly nothing gets done about it.
Who ever decides to do business with the shuttle company, be cautious because they are very disrespectful to the riders and extremely unreliable.
