I received an email today from a Steven Smith, and the address was an outlook.com address, a dead giveaway. In addition, the loan documentation they attached had a date of March 2013, and an address that I would not even live in until 4 months later.

I received an e-mail from "Andrew Hobart" with an attachment which appears to be a loan agreement with an electronic signature, from April 23, 2013 - supposedly with EZ Cash and a Loan # included. At the bottom of said supposed loan agreement is the name of Kelly Graham Bell (maybe she's related to Alexander?? Ha!)
Anyway, there is NO phone number, just a request to respond by e-mail to settle a debt - a debt that I certainly didn't remember. So . . . I am able to search my bank records online and went back to the month of April, 2013, and NO SUCH deposit was ever made! So I've replied to "Mr. Hobart" and copied my attorney. However, I believe it's a scam. I guess these people think we all just fell off the turnip truck!

This individual said we took out a loan in March of 2013, but we did not.
My husband was in Afghanistan when this allegedly happened, and it is nowhere on any bank statements.
Now they want a green pak money card payment. What is that anyway?
I am not paying them until or inless I get actual verification.
I believe they stole my info off the internet and are trying to do fraud against my family.
