7/3/2014: I purchased 5 Remanufactured Woodway Desmo Elite Treadmills from Lauren of EZ Fitness Sales for $17,000, and paid via PayPal. I was told that they would be crated and ready to ship in 2-3 weeks
8/11/2014 I contacted Lauren EZ Fitness Sales to check on the status of my order and they told me that they hadn't started refurbishing them. She apologized and said they would get on it asap. I was very concerned
8/21/2014: Lauren emails my assistant "The woodway will be ready to ship by the end of the week beginning of next."
9/3/2014: I demand a ship date from Lauren, and she says that it will ship by 9/8/2014.
9/8/2014 to 9/9/2014: We email Lauren multiple times, no answer
9/10/2014: I call Lauren, and every phone number / every extension at EZ Fitness Sales. No one answers the phone. I gather up every email at EZ Fitness Sales and email them demanding a call / answer. No reply from anyone.
9/10/2014: Lauren emails my assist "No one is in the warehouse today one Of the techs is out and I am out all week. Let me see what I can gather for you."
9/16/2014: I once again called every phone number / every extension at EZ Fitness Sales. No one answered the phone. I completely lost confidence in EZ Fitness Sales and sent an email to everyone in the company requesting a refund
9/19/2014: Lauren emailed me saying "Your card has been refunded. Sorry that this didn’t work out. I apologize for the major delay as I was out on a personal leave and couldn’t communicate all that great so I take full responsibility for my actions. I did refund your card so you are all set. Sorry again." The refund was sent by a PayPal echeck. It needed a couple days to clear.
10/1/2014: The refund sent by LMP Fitness LLC did not clear from the sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal account.
10/1/2014: I sent EZ Fitness Sales an email, and, as of now, I have not received my refund. So I have been scammed out of $17,000. I will remove this complaint once I receive my refund.
