I brought a car from Ez Financ car lot back in August 20th. I brought a Chrysler 300 and after 3 days the engine started to make noise. I took the car to a mechanic and he said the engine is shot. I immediately took the car back to the lot and told the man who I brought the car from what the mechanic had told us. The guy told us that he will get the engine fix. Per the paper that they me they were going to pay 100%, to fix the car. I told them I don’t want the car and just want my money back and they said no they cannot do that. Moe the owner asked me and mother to be patient with them and give them two weeks. They give me a loaner car. Once he got the car back in two weeks the car was still linking oil. I took it back to the mechanic and he said they did not put in a new engine they just replace the parts or got one from the junk yard. So I took the car back to the car lot. The owner(Moe)aid said it was my fault that the engine went out. And if I want another car I have give him more $. But I have given him a total of $2500. Between the first car and the second car I got a new job.So the finance company did not want to did not put in a new engine they just replace the parts or got one from the junk yard. So we took the car back to the car lot. Now the so called owner was there and he said it was our fault that the engine went out. So he said if you give me $ 550.00 more I can get another car and that is what I did. I have given him a total of $2500. Between the first car and the second car I got I got a new job. So the finance company did not want to finance me because I got a new job per Moe. So the finance company did not want to finance me because I switch jobs. Now the place where I brought the car wanted me to bring the car back. They want another $1000.00, if I wants to get another car. Before I could get back there they reposed the car. I asked for my money back since he could not get me finance and he told no. And we will make sure your never get a car again. Phsard said he will make it, so I will never get a car.
I purchased a vehicle 2007 ford explorer back in February of 2013 (last Saturday in Feb to be exact) from EZ Finance Auto and dealt with a man named Mo (Supposedly the manager). I experienced wonderful service (probably because they were thirsty for my money and for a sale).
First off, ive never seen an auto dealer where you couldn't make payments online, via EFT, or in person. I ALWAYS had to western union the money. First Red Flag. its 2014, they should be up to times with technology.
Secondly, this cars TRANSMISSION broke down 2 days after purchasing the car and the warranty company Wing let me repair the vehicle through Auto Clinic. In chicago heights, IL. They supposedly rebuilt the transmission. Second Red Flag.
Third, here we are again. About a whole year later. On Monday June 30, 2014 I. noticed the car when in drive would only go in reverse. I figured it would be resolved with the warranty, but NOPE. i had to pay for MY car to be towed to the repair shop, I had to pick the mechanic. And then on top of that, the mechanic WARNED me of this place and the warranty company. He stated they don't like to pay for things and they're pretty shady when it comes to repairs.
i remained hopeful, and I hadn't heard anything from the warranty nor the repair shop. Here we are on JULY 9, 2014 and the auto shop told me i needed a new ttransmissioN and that the warranty company was refusing to handle the situation. What the helll?
the warranty company stated they wanted the trans completely torn apart so they could figure out where the problem was. How about NO?! How about you give me a NEW transmission bc this is te second time my transmission broke down.
Never been late on a car payment since I purchased the car, and this is the response I get. I called "Mo" since he was the one who sold me the car and he said wlell that's on the warranty company. What?! Don't give me that. They're telling me they can't help me an neither can you?! He said "well I know a guy who can fix it". I need a NEW transmission. There's no fixing an OLD transmission.
OH and the warranty company rep "Janice 709" had the nastiest attiitufe. She said it was TERRIFIC. POOR customer service. Why do people get jobs if they're unhappy with what they're doing? She really needs to be fired.
this entire company should be OUT of BUsINESS for the crap they pull with their customers. This won't end here with this report as I do plan on pursuing legal action.
**DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE from this place. Steer clear and save up to buy from car max Or a REAL dealership because this sure isn't that. Mo and the other people in that shop are only in it for the money and when it's time for help or assistance, nobody can help you.
Think long and hard before purchasing a vehicle from these money guzzling poor customer service company.
