For any cell phone Spyware to work one must have physical access to the target phone.
No exceptions.
To say that your product works on all cell phones with all carriers is similar to saying that elephants have been flapping their ears and flying themselves to the moon every day for the last 100 years. In fact, they also have a colony there where they speak English and use their own cell phones.

EZ-CSI hides behind Proxy servers to make them difficult, but not impossible, to track. I followed their trail to a Russian language server.
