We ordered a product to help our dog with his joint pain. We only ordered one time and the company sends out one every month. Fine print saying if you don't cancel they can charge your credit card every month and ship you unwanted product.
Called and they are issuing a refund, however I plan on contesting the charge for sending unwanted product with my bank.
DO NOT DO business with this company, they use very bad business tactics.
I ordered this due to our dog has severe arthritis at 6 years which is very uncommon. The Extend company "trial" basis is bullcookie, it says right on the box best results in 4-6 weeks, so in 14 days I'm banged for $70 bucks before I can truly see if it works. Their comment to this was, the trial is to see if the dog is allergic and or won't eat it. So really the trial is not to see if the product has RESULTS! In the 2 1/2 weeks I haven't seen any significant difference other than the dog is thirstier which may or may not be related.
I would have re-ordered this product if after the 30 days I'd seen results! At this point I am strong armed to buy this shit because my dog can stomach it. I will look elsewhere for joint assistance care.
Signed up for free trial bottle. All I was to pay was the shipping which I did but 15 days later, I was charged for the "so called free trial". I emailed customer service and questioned why I was charged and all I got back was, we will cancel your subscription. I never signed up for subscription. Then I asked if they were going to refund my money with no reply back. So, looks like I'm stuck paying. Don't fall for the Free Trial.
I experienced the same as the above consumer. The good thing is there is no hassle to cancel and they will refund but it is really bogus that they do business this way. I should have known that is was too good to be true to try a product for 4.95. Only to get charged 70 the next month for something I don't think is making our dog feel any better. Beware doing any business with this company. Call the above number to cancel.
