I started with yhis agency snd I was initially told no splits or hidden fees Wow never believe that! There are fees.. I was told my take was 85-90percent.. Well I only brought in 270 and their split was taking 125 $! Wow! I refused to pay. They promised security there was NONE they promised verification again NONE ! I started doing all my own and hired someone for my security. Now these idiots are saying they sre taking me to court for fraud! ! Are you kidding me? I have been working for this company a short time, this is a Escort Agency etc. The boss of this company his name is Kole not sure if tht is his real name he is based in Chicago, and his assistant is based in Texas. They are very pushy and when I was working one day they were mad at me because I didnt meet thier "quota" I then asked about thier security they have no security what so ever, and thier screening practices are non existant. Yes Thanks Teresa for admitting yourself, so let me tell the whole story, I was a talent coordinator for exquisitetalent never heard of the other company she is constantly throwing around to remove any finger pointing at her, but by her own admission she just admitted that she is Theresa, she scammed me and never paid her fees which is what got me fired, furthermore she is a lunatic, making accusations about people.
She was fired for scamming and I think you all pretty much know who she is now and can take what she says with a grain of salt, look at her ads, rest assured that is NOT her real pics, and why would her site suddenly be down if she is telling the truth?

No mention of any further assets, after close review of their ads, and checking out the other company listed, it seems ads are very similar, but also seen ads from Vivid, Top Notch, A-1, Hustler all with same type criteria on their ads to hire ladies, so dug further to find the company you listed is in Miami, Florida owned by Jericho and Gloria former ex adult stars, so you may wish to recant that statement for they were not very polite when I addressed this information with them.
However, let's get to more information, the company in question is Exquisite Talent Inc. so dug more to find out, very large mainstream modeling side which the bankruptcy was filed on, as well as certified with Dunn and Bradstreet, so the answer would be yes to they can be a public member of the Business directories.
