They have you sign a contract, review a telemarketer's script, narrow a demographic and location. I'm not sure why they go to all that trouble just to rip you off.
They all use "north american" names so it is difficult to even narrow down their Indian names and location.

I paid $1000/- in the month of May and am still waiting to obtain the leads. They're frauds for sure. I had the exact similar experience.
