Purchased a sim card form the stategically located kiosk, just outside of Customs/Immigration in Rome, Italy. Once you exit this secure area with your bags, you can not enter this area to return card or ask questions from saleswomen.
Once purchased, I was assure the sim card will work in all the cities I was goin to visit (Italy, Switzerland and Germany). Well, it was a total lie and a mistake on my part to purchase this sim card and put my trust in this company/product. It was NOT a good experiece, since I was depending on this card to work on my drive thoughout the above listed countries.
The sim card did not allow any calls to be made by me and all I got was an automated message in Italian, followed by a poorly worded English translation stating my device was not configuerd properly. Customer service was not help and twice I was givien the runaround and told to make changes to my phone and "wait 30 minutes and try again".
Well, to make a long story short, I had no phone service usinig the Exactta sim card and have not been refunded teh $165.30 US dollars to date. I have sent the card back via FedEx to their Miami office.
I would stay AWAY from Exactta. Do a web search and you will see I am not alone...Wish I did the same!
