This company wanted you to try their product for 4.95 then they charged by debit card 105.95. I have tried to contact company about my refund because I sent their product back to them.
April 10, 2014, I ordered trial sizes of Equinox 247 and Skin Bright Antiaging and paid shipping of $4.95 and $3.97. Thought I'd try a new product and decide if I wanted to buy it. Could not find terms or agreement. April 24th I had charges of $99 and $93 on my credit card statement for Skyradiant Wrinkle Free and Antiaging Glam Skin ( not what was odered to try). On May 10th charges for the same two products of $99.95 and $105.95 were on my statement. I cancelled the products and received a $120 credit and as well as a cancellaition # to discontinue sending the products. Nothing was charged in June or July. On August 8th and August 14th charges of $60 were made eacg day. No products were received. This is fraud to be charged for when nothing was sent. I called the phone number next to the charge on my account and was told no such charges were made. A fraud report was made by my bank. Never have I had such a problem as this. I had to order new credit cards with different numbers to see if I can stop this sham. This is taking more time than I have and nothing has been resolved. Remember to keep checking your bank credit card statements. Never experienced anything like this before. Stop the Fraud.
The advertisement stated that I can order a trial bottle and all I have to do is pay the shipping. The sample was NOT a sample. It was a trick!!!
Order was placed on June 15, paid 3.97 and 4.95 and the products(Serum and cream SCAM) were mailed on 6/17/2014. Equinox charged my account for $99.00 and $93.00 on July 02. I explained to the representative that was out of the country and was not able to try the products. The representative told me that it doesn't matter because I did not return the products after 14 days. How in the world can I return the products when I did not even see them let alone tried them.
Equinox further charged my account on:
07/18/14 for 99.95 and 105.95
08/18/14 for 99.95 and 105.95
I read to the representative the tracking numbers that appeared on these 4 unopened boxes. I wanted to return them but it did not matter because I won't be receiving a refund. Can someone make a sense of these? I never even opened the bottles!!! NO considerations whatsoever!
They charged my bank account for over $600.00 with no considerations whatsoever
I'm not stupid. I can smell bulls**t from a mile away. These people were so blatant about this offer that I believed they could not be lying. The offer was to try a fourteen day supply of the product at no charge. I only had to pay the shipping.
Fact is, they were lying. They took $103 from my bank before the package arrived. When I called, they gave me a runaround, saying I didn't return the product, which was not part of the deal. They said they did not provide samples.
I had to get in their face to get a partial refund. I told them I would use a payphone to call their 800 number over and over again. Each call would cost them 50 cents - or whatever the price of a payphone call is. The charge would be added to their phone bill. I ended up losing around $45.
The people I spoke with were not in the USA. I would say they were Middle Eastern. Definitely not Christian.
