They try to subvert consumers rights by getting you to buy 'credits' which then are applied to the actual purchase. Then, if you have a problem, you can only get 'credits' refunded. And as-is typical of these cyber con artists., they cloak it all in wordy Terms and Conditions, which are very likely not legal anyway - but then the burden is put on the customer to chase it all up.
Don;t buy software packages form this company. I was charged twice for the same product and their web sites is cleverly formatted.
