Kenneth Boyer (Kenner Boyer)of Empire General Contractors entered into a contract to install and build kitchen cabinets on 2.20.2013. Kenneth Boyer was supposed to install and his partner Bruce Searcy (Nate Searcy) was supposed to
install them no later than 3.5.2013 per the contract. Kenneth Boyer and Bruce Searcy did not install or build any cabinets and ran off with 2030.00 that i paid in full on 2.26.2013. I was told via text by Kenneth Boyer several times that he would pay me back and yet to pay back the money he stole. This company is a huge scam and the public should be aware of this to avoid doing any business with these individuals.
Beware, he's doing business under Alliance Home Restorations now. I think we've fallen for the scam. Signed contract on Nov 23rd with estimated work completion of 2-3 days. NOTHING yet except destruction of our brick porch, which is now very unsafe.
