After getting my money he responded occasionally and set up 3 shipping dates but cancelled each one for too busy to get a health certificate, puppy sick, too busy to ship the puppy. When i demanded my puppy, he said the price had just gone up and i owed him another $1750.00 if i wanted him to ship her.
Paypal awarded me $4250.00 but i'm still out $1300.00
