See you in court.
The complaint author ignored all attempts of eGumball to resolve the possible issue. No reply from the complainant was ever received, therefore the review should be considered as frivolous and should not be trusted.
Although we are successful in helping businesses reach the first page of Google, eGumball as a practice, can never guarantee front page listings, as published in section 3 of eGumball’s Terms and Conditions (http://www.egumball.com/terms.html). Our sales team is thoroughly trained and coached to ensure compliance in salesmanship, so not to miscommunicate with our current or future clients. Further, we give every client a 3-day cancelation grace period, so that if they have any reservations, they have the right to cancel. Our client agreement contains full transparency of these rights, which the client must read and agree to before their use of any services. eGumball does not proceed with services until the client has signed and agreed to eGumball’s online agreement and customer contract.
Since eGumball has removed themself from Yelp and other Internet quality control sites, and ROR doesn't remove reviews, there are a few of us who'd like for business owners to know the truth. eGumball is a call center that hires ex cons, nomads, homeless and uneducated. Doubt that one person in the sales and customer service dept. holds any kind of diploma or degree. Most of the employees are drug addicts and that seems to be the kind of element that's preferred since drug addicts are known to lie and cheat in any way possible to get what they want. Very coniving What they train their sales staff to say and what they deliver are miles apart. eGumball owner holds a very high snide attitude as he laughs about how he's managed to get money out of people and NOT deliver the goods.
As an ex employee of eGumball I can attest to the scam efforts we were taught to use when selling bogus Google front page coverage. The owner, John Bauer, encourages the sales dept to be deceptive while selling front page exposure. He keeps a locked door between the sales staff and customer service so that the sales dept never knows that they're being deceptive and dishonest. eGumball is nothing more than a scheme to bilk you out of your money.
It is apparent that you were not employed at eGumball, Inc., or you would be more knowledgeable about eGumball and its business practices - or at least more specific to the alleged claim of deception. Although we are successful in helping businesses reach the first page of Google, eGumball as a practice, can never guarantee front page listings, as published in section 3 of eGumball’s Terms and Conditions (http://www.egumball.com/terms.html). Also, the CEO of eGumball first-handedly overlooks the sales and customer service department to ensure compliance with terms, so not to miscommunicate with current or future clients. Further, there is no door between our customer service department and sales department. eGumball not only cross-trains these departments, but they frequently work together and interact inside and outside of the office. Lastly, eGumball is not a scam and strives for excellence, which is why we are one of the top leaders in the industry for eight years running.
Several months ago we received a solicitation call from a company representing themselves as part of Google. They stated they could assist us in our internet account and findingour physical address on the internet. WE paid a check on that day over the internet. We stop[ped payment of that check by 6:00 pm that day. They wanted us to be signed up for a 1 year contract. We have not padi out any money to them and they now have now sent our accoun to tNational Recovery Systems inthe amount of $1417.00. They are threatending to go to Waukesha County for more action. I found that this company had multiple reports to Ripoff Report for the very day that I was solicited. IT was because of Rip off reprot that I realized that this would not be a good direction for our company to go.
